Medical Advice
We are fully insured with properly trained instructors and qualified first aiders on hand. However, before commencing any new form of exercise we recommend that you go for a check up with your doctor to measure blood pressure and heart rate before attending a class. The first session will form an assessment to enable us to advise which level (line) you should start on and of course is undertaken at your own risk. After 6 weeks you can then see the progress made, which we believe is key to keeping motivated to do more.
